to include marketing, franchise management, installation,
technical support and training.
All included documentation of the company's
products.
Before starting his own Technical Authoring business

Over the past 15 years, Philip has written technical

as diverse as financial services and banking; shipping
management; software development; telephone billing;
pharmaceutical and medical; higher education and
forensic science; housing management and will writing,
lawn care franchise management, buildings
maintenance systems and so on.
He therefore brings a wealth of experience from
which all course delegates will benefit.
